Trauma Mentor: Works with individual trauma survivors in their recovery process and help them reconnect with the world after a traumatic experience. They can provide drive and guidance so individuals can respond to challenges, improve relationships and live a full and rewarding life after trauma.
Rape/Sexual Assault Mentor: Provide confidential support to help individuals with the next steps towards healing and recovery. Help inform individuals of laws and medical concerns related to their experience, along with working through emotions such as: helplessness, anger, anxiety, fear, guilt, denial and depression. They can also provide help with decreasing lasting psychological distress and prepare victims to look for symptoms associated with the trauma.
Mental Health Mentor: Works with anyone that may be living with conditions such as: Autism, Bipolar, and eating disorders.
